My Story
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) with over a decade of experience supporting preschool-age children (3+), adolescents, teens, and adults through life’s challenges. My approach is direct yet compassionate—I offer multiple modalities, including play and art interventions, vocational counseling, assessment, parent training, and 'talk therapy'.

I am originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, and I hold a BS in Psychology as well as an MA in Rehabilitation Counseling and Applied Gerontology from Ball State University. Since moving to the Hampton Roads area in 2017, I recognized a significant gap in counseling services, which inspired me to start my own business. My background and experiences drive my passion for helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their quality of life through effective counseling support. I am dedicated to supporting you at any stage of your life, from just preschool to college, early adulthood, parenthood, retirement, and beyond.
